The repetition of many forms of cardio can make them a form of physical meditation. Following your breath, repeating a mantra or a simple affirmation can help you achieve a sense of calmness and clarity – for some this is the main reason to exercise. So, are you looking for an affirmation? Well you may need to look no further than your hand. I just came across Aquamantra bottled water.
Aquamantra labels feature messages such as "I Am Healthy," "I Am Loved" or "I Am Lucky." This company seems to think that these kinds of thoughts will permeate positive energy into the bottle and the water, influencing the taste and beneficial properties of the water. Hmmm. Sounds beyond "woo-woo" to me.
It's a sweet idea, really, since it reminds people to focus on being optimistic. Aside from the hokey factor, I wouldn't buy this water because I prefer reusable bottles for the environment. Plus I think I can remember my mantra without having to read it off my water.
What do you guys think? Would you buy inspiration on or in a bottle?

I have to agree. I think it's a waste.
1i could just tape some paper i wrote on with pretty markers to my water. i wouldn't buy this. it's just stickers on water.
2You know, they also make bottled water with pictures of Jesus on the bottle, but I don't think that those will make me godly any more than I think these will make me more loved or luckier. Waste of plastic.
3No. This is just meaningless marketing.
4This sounds SOOOO Hollywood, lol.
5About as useful as Kabbalah water.

7complete waste of plastic...if you really need inspiration on your water bottle then go check out a printed reusable one, like from LuLu Lemon or Nalgene....I'm sure someone makes one.
8I have a Nalgene bottle that I decorated with stickers and stuff and now it's a customized bottle, lol. I only use my Nalgene bottle because I can sterilize it and reuse it. Regular bottled water is kind of a waste of money, IMHO.
9The idea to motivate people is a good one, the idea to market more plastic bottles that most people just throw away and are harmful to the environment is a very, very bad one! This is such a waste of money. Better to follow Spectra's idea and use a Nalgene bottle and decorate it. Or, I love SIGG bottles - they have many cool designs!
10What a waste. I love my Sigg bottle best investment I have ever made.
