Since I showed you an ad campaign that I was not really fond of, I wanted to now show you one that I really enjoyed from Nike.
I literally laughed out loud when he said, "I feel bloated," as I have definitely used this one around that time of the month. I love this commercial for so many reasons but mainly because it reiterates how excuses are just that, excuses.
Since we've all used them, be sure to check out all my favorite excuses for not working out so you can stop making excuses and start moving.

9Wow, that's a great commercial! I think I've used some of those excuses in the past, lol. I didn't work out today (yet)...I haven't had a day off in two weeks, so I kind of feel "entitled" to a day of rest. I've been seriously pushing it too...I've been doing major cardio and I definitely think maybe I should take it easy today. But I'm not making excuses, lol...I'm just plain NOT WORKING OUT today.

11I love this guy! I've definitely used the "I have shin splints" excuse before, knowing that I can still do whatever I want as long as it's not running. I'll have to remember that next time.
