I'm happy to see that many of you shouted out your New Year's Resolutions for all to hear in Declare IT: The New Year's Resolution Group. It's not too late - you can still post your resolutions.

I don't make New Years resolutions to avoid disappointment! lol
6LOL my pre-new years resolution was to avoid getting drunk, or should I say hungover rather!
I managed to remember to control myself after a couple of high alcoholic mixed drinks on NYE. I can't believe I found any kind of self control at that point and I tell ya it was hard to pull off because by that point, on any given night of drinking, I want to drink more and more and more!!
Although I did manage to give myself a 2 day, shall I say severe, as in dry heaving for two days, hangover back in November. So that made it very hard to forget why I would want to control myself, even months later!
Lets see what else, oh yeah exercise more.
And I actually eat VERY healthy food, but I need to prioritize eating more food throughout the day in general (especially if I plan on getting more active). Eating tends to be the last thing on the list as far as taking the time through out the day to do so, which I can see how that affects my emotions and such.
7Does drinking more water with my alcohol count?
