Greece's Hidden Secret: FAGE Yogurt

I love yogurt but for me there are very few yogurts that stand out among the pack.

That is why I was totally blown away when I tried, FAGE Total Yogurt (pronounced: Fa'-yeh!). FAGE Total is "Greek yogurt" that is truly Greek -- You can tell by the signature rich and thick velvety texture. It gets the great texture with the unique straining and separating process of the whey from the yogurt. The process also makes the product a suitable cooking ingredient as it does not curdle at high temperatures. What's more? All the FAGE yogurts contain Live & Active Cultures.

The taste is unbeatable and the texture is downright amazing. For me, nothing is worse than eating super runny yogurt. The FAGE Total 0% has 80 calories and zero grams of fat and unlike most fat free yogurts, it actually tastes really, really good.

I used it to make my most recent batch of Tzatziki and it was the best yet! Look for it in boutique and health food grocery stores. For more info, visit the FAGE Website.

I first heard about this from Hungry Girl a few months ago....I use it instead of mayo in chicken salad and it's actually REALLY good. The first time I got it I accidently picked up the Total one first....BIG difference; it has 20 grams of fat!

Oh my gosh, I am soooo addicted to this stuff! My boyfriend laughs at me b/c it's not sold near my house but is near his (2hrs away) so every weekend when we visit each other I get a little lunch box style cooler and fill it up! I like the 0% with about a tsp of honey or sliced fruit! YUUUMMMMOOO!

Aehunter86 -- I know what you mean, because I have to make a special trip to a grocery store 35 minutes away to find it, so I always stock up. I'm addicted. I have it with honey or some Kashi cereal.

My greek co-worker recommended this to me. Once I had it, I was hooked! He was surprised I was eating the 0% fat but that was all I could find and I can not get enough of it. I finally found it in the 5.3oz packs so now I can just pack one for snack time at work with some fresh fruit!
