Thanks for the breakdown fit! I always stay away from the creamy dressings, mostly just oil and vinegar or anything balsamic.
1I'm addicted to ranch dressing.
2I have become addicted to salad spritzers (Balsamic Breeze) and it is only a calorie a spray or some such nonsense. Also salsa instead of dressing with some lemon.
Then on special occassions I splurge with the blue cheese or ranch.
3what i do is make the good seasons packets and add twice the vinegar and i half the oil ... yummmmy !!!!!
4I love ranch. I also like the new red wine spritzer one.
5The best low calorie salad dressing is made in Birmingham, Al. It is called Aunt Kay's salad dressing and only has 7 calories per 2 Tbsp. or 58 calories in the whole bottle. it is a tomatoe based dressing and has some garlic flavor too. It really is the best dressing I have had hands down.
6I love having a full plate of salad fixin's with only balsamic. I use Trader Giottos (I love how they do that!) and the flavor is just great!!
