If you have some extra Christmas cash still burning a hole in your pocket and you would like to use it to burn up your backside, then you might just want to look into buying a pair of MBT shoes.

First, MBT stands for Masai Barefoot Technology. These shoes are made by a Swiss company that put a lot of research into creating a shoe that imitates what the foot does when it is not wearing a shoe. Twist your mind around that one. Anyway, I must say their research paid off (the shoes really do work) and they get paid handsomely for each pair of shoes – they retail at $245. Lucky for us, MBT changes their styles frequently which means old styles become discontinued and their price is reduced. These discontinued styles still provide all the benefits of full priced shoes, like – activating the back of the leg with every step and forcing the body into proper alignment.

You can find all the reduced price, discontinued styles at Walkers Warehouse for $159 to $189. Plus you can receive an extra $20 off by entering the coupon code FITSUGAR. Talk about some serious savings. Remember when shopping that this coupon code works only for the discontinued styles.

Just as an FYI, the $20 off FITSUGAR code only works with the $159 discounted shoes, NOT the $189 discounted shoes. It's a discriminatory discount coupon!
1Oh, and the coupon is good for free shipping, as well. Couldn't get the ones I wanted since they were $189, but I wound up picking up a pair for $139 total which is a GREAT deal, thanks for sharing FitSugar!
2I'm really hoping these will help my back which has yet to recover from an injury in August...
Eeeek these are fug!! No wonder they're being discontinued. But if they work like they say, I guess the way they look doesn't matter...
3Fug? Absolutely. But $100 off plus free shipping was too good a deal to pass up...
4They sell cheaper versions of these at a health food store in Buckhead... FitSugar, do you know if the knock offs are poor imitations that will hurt, or are they a viable option?
5Prentzel -
I have never tried or seen the knocks off so I don't know. Sorry
6how long is walker's honoring this coupon?
7They look really weird... but I can see how they can help you with staying fit and especially improving your balance! lol
8I love mbts they really work!!!!
9I was able to use the $20 off coupon for the green $189 ones...had to pay for shipping, though. I'm excited to give them a try!
10Crap, I really want some!!
I need my income tax refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!
11I got the discontinued red ones and I love them. They make you feel as though you're walking on air--with some extra bounce. Also, your posture improves automatically. Believe it or not, I have even gotten lots of compliments about how 'cute' they are. They feel so good and make my back feel so good that I wouldn't care what they looked like. (p.s. I thought I would feel off-balance at first so was pleasantly surprised).
12I attempted to order a pair of discontinued MBT shoes on Walkers website and it only discounted $10.00 and they didn't honor the code for the free shipping that was offered under the shoe I selected.
13I was introduced to MBT by a dear friend who buys them for monks!!! I now have 8 pairs from owning the 1st in 2004. I am short and this is my ideal brand as it helps my posture (chest out) and definitely no back aches. I own a restaurant and I don't feel tired.
Just ordered 3 pairs from Walker and it is a HUGH savings!!!!!!! Don't ever buy knock-offs...the insides word differently and it is the core of the product.
Blessed, Ms. P
