If you are looking to eat healthier, you definitely need to include a healthy breakfast into your game plan. While experimenting with new foods is a great way to add variety to your diet, you might not want to buy a whole huge box of a new cereal because you may hate it.

That is why I am liking this free sample of Fiber One being offered by General Mills through their Eat Better America newsletter. To receive a free pouch of the cereal you do have to sign up for their monthly health e-newsletter, which takes about 30 seconds. The newsletter includes recipes and healthy eating tips as well as coupons for General Mills products.
I have never tried this cereal but know the importance of a high fiber diet so I am curious about how it tastes. I'll let you all know what I think of the cereal when I receive it in six to eight weeks.

I've tried this, it's okay...
1I love Fibre One! But the "honey clusters" version is tastier than the original version, which is pictured here. I like it because it has more fibre and less sugar than other high fibre cereals. I mix it with plain yogurt. Yum!
2my mom is obsessed with this cereal. i've tried it, it's pretty good!
3Lisa Lillien at hungry-girl.com has lots of recipes using Fiber One. For eample she'll crush it to make everything from "breading" to pie crusts.
4I've never tried the cereal, but the granola bars are really tasty.
5I love Fiber One! It's pretty good. My grandson will sit and eat it right out of the box, like popcorn
6Fiber One is my favorite cereal, their honey clusters and raisin bran are really good too. I eat the regular with yogurt or right out of the box, it is a healthy and very filling snack!
7I love their FiberOne chocolate and oat bars.
