5I used these and then used the one from the gym, but neither fit all the needs I have in a journal. I'd like more space for snacks and a place to write down the meal calories and protein. However, I'm making this one work. It's much better than the gym one. Also, there should be a spot to check off whether or not you've had your vitamin.
I'm just starting the fitness journal today, but I really like how easy it looks to use!
