You know when you go to the doctor the nurse wraps that thing around your upper arm and squeezes the air pump? Then they tell you a number that you most likely forget. This number is your blood pressure and it's actually important.
So, what's healthy in terms of blood pressure?

The Answer is B. Less 140/80
1Why should you care? High blood pressure is a risk factor for heart disease (which is currently the #1 killer among women), so if either your systolic (higher number) or diastolic (lower number) number is above 140/80, then you’re more at risk for heart disease. High blood pressure can be controlled by maintaining (or attaining) healthy weight with diet and exercise.
mine is almost always 90/60 or something close to that...weird considering my dad has always had high BP and was even on medicine for a long time....but i guess it isnt since my mother's is low.
2i have going to the doctor a lot lately and they have taken my blood pressure everytime. i never knew exactly what the numbers meant?
3the avg bp is 120/80... so why is 140 good? low is better than high, so i put answer A
