When it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle, a bunch of little things can add up to a healthier you. Here's three simple things for you to do every day. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
- 1 Minute: Stretch your calves! Stretch each calf for 15 seconds and repeat.
- 3 Minutes: Climb the stairs and skip the elevator/escalator every chance you get during the day. Sometimes you might need to go out of your way to find stairs, but just think of all those extra steps you will work into you day.
- 1 Minute: Close your eyes and focus on your breath (sounds an awful lot like meditation). This is a great form of stress relief and we all know that stress is not healthy!

1I'm on the 4th floor of my office building and we DON'T have everyday-use stairs...they are only for emergency, how LAME is that???
