I don't use either...
1Gym ball...
2Currently just the exercise ball til I figure out which size bands are most versatile.
3I like both but I use the ball more. When I had ankle surgery I used bands ALL the time though, they were awesome

5I use the bands when I travel - they pack easily into my carry on and help make up for the lousy equipment at most hotel gyms.
6I use both now, but i've used the gym ball longer. I just got resistance bands in three levels and also a longer resistance band with handles and I think I might end up using them more now. I loovve my medicine ball too. Me and my fiance do a lot of our working out at home due to lack of time.

8Both, but I use the ball more often. The bands I like for biceps curls.
9I use both, but I think I use my ball more often just because I like to do a lot of different ab exercises on it. I do like the bands a lot though, too...especially when I'm traveling. I also like them for doing rows because I can easily adjust the tension.

12I love my ball. I got an exercise band with handles for travel but it was WAY too difficult for my arms. I think I need one with less resistance.
13Me too, Wren! I got a set for Christmas, but they're unisex (which equals way too intense for me). Unfortunately I have to buy another one.
14I love the rubber bands that go around your ankles. You just shuffle across the room and back about 10 times and it's honestly the best workout for your butt. It gave me the quickest results.
15I used to use bands when I was a swimmer and needed to do PT on my shoulder.
But now I cannot do without the medicine ball - I know swiss balls are supposed to be so amazing, but I'm not really sure what all I can with them.
16im a ball girl. when i went to school overseas - i had one in my suitcase and everyone in my dorm thought that i was nuts!
17i love my bands. the fact that you can change the resistance so easily makes them my favorite. also, i can use them for pretty much any area of the body. also, you need so much less room to use them, and my apartment is tiny!
18I own both but I definitely use exercise bands/cords much more often than the ball. The bands are great to do resistance training without overtaxing your joints and without having to purchase lots of different weights.
19I love the ball! It's great and so versatile!
20I used to love my gym ball. Too bad my boyfriend decided to put one of my cats dancing on top of it

22I actually own both but my son seems to think that the band is a jump rope so he has taken it over.
23I do love to do push ups and crunches on the ball though.
I want a gym ball but my apt. is too small! So I'm getting the excersise band soon...
