Today when I was at the gym I was totally inspired for a post because I was in shock by what was happening in the womens' locker room.
I recently read something about this but didn't believe anyone actually did it until today at the gym, where I saw not one but TWO, naked female culprits. Here is the thing, don't sit on anything in the locker room (benches, chairs, etc.) if you're naked. First of all it's just gross, but also because you don't know who else was sitting there naked before you -- so this means that whatever they might have had going on down there, including Herpes, could be passed on to you. Double gross.
I can only imagine what goes on inside the men's locker room.

Maybe it is just me but I would never walk around stark naked in the locker room- although topless isnt as big of a deal to me (depending on who is surrounding me). I remember I went to a spa and my mom and I were in the locker room and there were boobies and butts everywhere. Nobody had a care in the world. It threw me off for awhile because I have never been in a situation like that.

4It still makes me totally uncomfortable and I hate it when people walk around naked/topless. I never know what to do. Do i talk to them, because they are obviously going to see I am uncomfortable, ew....in the men's locker room my boyfriend gets hit on LMAO. he doesn't change at the gym anymore. LMAO

5I'm glad I've never been in that kind of situation, not only I don't want strangers to see me naked but I also do not want to see them naked!
6Gym locker rooms are nasty places for germs....I sont even shower there if I can avoid it...I just go straight home. Otherwise I wear shower shoes. I dont want no nasty foot fungus.
7I am with medicgirl and always wear flip flops at the gym. And gross that people would sit naked at the gym without a towel underneath them. Gross.
8Is that true? Wouldn't the virus die relatively soon after being outside of the body?
