Hayden Panettiere has been seriously hitting the gym lately and she seems to love her Under Armour gear. I personally love that she mixes it up with color — today she is sporting bright pink shorts that I just have to have.

Hayden's HeatGear UA Tech Shorts ($22) look very similar to the Nike Tempo shorts, but are just a bit less expensive. I love that they have a rollover waistband because it allows the wearer to control the length of the shorts. Since they're made by Under Armour, you know they'll perform well in the gym. I am always looking for cute new shorts to add to my gear, so I may be putting these in my letter to Santa this year.

4I've yet to find a retailer that offers UA cheaper than Nike. :/
5latent: i remember ua being cheaper than a lot of nike stuff at sports authority.
6I work at a sporting goods store... I'm an apparel lead which means I work with US and Nike, alot, and I just want to say that this is NOT an equivalent to the tempo. the tempo has an underwear style lining, and is designed for running, while the UA tech heat gear shorts are a cottonish feel, with the signature UA moisture management design.
