1By nature I'm a giver - especailly this time of year. And if it were in my budget, I'd have a gift wrapped present of somekind for everyone I see on a regular basis, however, thats not going to happen anytime soon.
I appreciate all my trainer has helped me to accomplish this past year. I am seeing my golas come into shape before my eyes. Having said that, I think that our trainers should be the ones concerned with giving their clients a gift. They are rolling in money, and I don;'t go to an (as yet) high profile gym. With the dollars I am already putting out per session, I feel it's far from necessary to feel an obligation to present them with a gift. Unless of course there is a level of personal friendship that has been reached where one would want to present them with something. But out of courtesy simply becasue they are ones trainer? Maybe when they cut the cost per session in half.
