Wow, that is pretty scary. That is so young, but then again i look at my mom and her high blood pressure and I guess it's true. I have to be exreamly careful and take good care of my body.

2yup i read somewhere that heart disease affects more women than men. Also I also read that heart disease usually starts in the stomach - so a good diet means a good heart
3High blood pressure runs in my family. I know i have to be especially careful with what i eat. Prevention is key.
4I believe it. When I was at my heaviest I had high blood pressure and an irregular heart beat.. I was 26 and told I was a 40 year old women healthwise... its a scary thing and thats why I stress to women battling weight that is not about clothes and looking good its about your health.
