As the holidays roll around most of us are running around like crazy people trying to get everything done before the new year. In all the craziness, exercise tends to get dropped from the priority list and lost in the shuffle.
I'll be the first to admit that it's going to be nearly impossible for me to spend as much time as I usually do in the gym during the holidays, but that does not mean I am going to cut it out altogether. If you're feeling the same, then just try to adjust appropriately. Instead of going the all-or-nothing route, reduce the frequency and/or duration of your exercises. Cutting your workout by as much as 50 percent is way better than cutting it altogether.

I totally
agree,...will do my best as well.
2you know, one thing that i did over thanksgiving was go for walks with my parents - that is exercise and family bonding. we also hiked a trail near a lake, which was totally fabby.
and then, my mom and i also did yoga videos. they were short, and pretty low-key for my typical routine, but at least i felt like i was doing SOMETHING and some calorie burn is better than none, right, fit?
3yea im just going to try and fit it in when possible! even if im only going 3 times a week for an hour.. its better then nothing!!... but im going to try my HARDEST to look good for new years! it seems like a good way to ring in the new year!!.. and KEEP on it! so when i go to Mexico next year i look nice a sexy!!
hehe
4I have been working out 5 days a week and taking the weekends off...I am at least going to stick with 3 days a week during the next month!
5I am also sticking with my work out and will intensify the sessions if I have to do them less often. But probably I will just work out as usual because I sure have more time to work out when I am off from work!!
6Something is better than nothing, that's for sure...
