    aaaww man! HUGE bummer on some of the food items listed here! Esp, pizza, chocolate!

    Oh man...so basically the less processed the better?

    PS can't give up chocolate. It's not like I eat it a lot anyways. Smiling

    Aww man! All my favorite foods. I thought milk products were interesting, people wonder why I buy the full fat half & half... this is why! Those fat-free ones are loaded with chemicals I can't even pronounce! Would you like a little partially hydrogenated soybean oil w/your coffee? Um, no!

    I reently made a cake but didn't have time to make frosting and I used the ready made kind. I read the ingredients after I put in on the cake. That stuff is loaded with crap.

    if i have to eat tufu and whole grain bread to live a long life; i'm okay shaving a few years off for the bad stuff.
