When you get that urge to crunch on something or eat a salty snack, nuts are a much healthier option than chips or pretzels. They're loaded with protein, fiber, and flavor, so they'll satisfy your tastebuds and your belly. Add them to your cereal, yogurt, salad, stir fries, or enjoy a handful on their own. Nuts are also a good source of healthy fats, and can lower your cholesterol and benefit your skin. They're not low in calories, though, so stick to no more than one ounce (a handful) a day.
