Doing forward bends on your own aren't nearly as deep and satisfying as doing them with a partner. You can pull on each other to stretch your hamstrings and lower back even further and it feels amazing. Give this one a try. It's called Double Standing Forward Bend.

To see how to get into this pose read more
- Stand back to back with about 6–12 inches or so between your heels (this space will give room for your bums when you fold forward).
- Both partners bend at the waist and come into a Standing Forward Bend. Reach your hands behind you and grab onto your partner's hands. Depending on your flexibility, you can walk your hands closer, so that you are holding one another's forearms, elbows, or shoulders. If your bums aren't touching, walk your heels closer together.
- Try to keep your legs straight and lengthen through the spine, reaching the top of your head towards the ground. Stay here for five deep breaths, or longer if you love it. When you're both ready to come out, let go of your partner and slowly come to stand.

Rag and Bone
I have tried this, and I guess you have to be in a somber mood or more serious mood to do it, but I laughed the whole time. Didn't get much of a stretch. I think I hurt myself more than I stretched acutally.
1Looks like a nice stretch, I just asked my co-worker to practice it with me and she laughed and said "What if I farted?" I don't think she takes yoga very seriously.
2I have not tried this, but it does look like it would be great for really getting a good stretch!
3I would love to try this... if only I had a willing partner
4Me and my friend would not be able to hold this post with out buckets full of laughter.
5must feel good
6It does feel good, and it's totally OK to laugh! After you get over the fact that your butts are touching, which for some reason is just so funny, then you can be serious and get an awesome stretch.
7My husband will NEVER be flexible enough to get into this pose. Lol...
8i would just laugh the whole time.
