Those fun sized candy bars can be so hard to resist. After counting your total intake of them, you might just realize that you gobbled up more than you intended. Well I am here to tell you that today is another day, and you can get right back on the health train.

1i was at a party for 6hrs with giant bowls of my favs everywhere...lol

3I said other because I had no temptation here! I really hope it doesn't take off here ever! One less day to watch out for!
4I don't get trick-or-treaters so I didn't buy any candy.
5i was at a bday party, so only 1 small piece of candy, but we def had cake and chips and such... :-\ let's not discuss how much candy i ate the weekend before, though...
6I went to a friend's house and had a fun-sized pack of raisinets. yum!

I am really proud of myself! Its still a struggle to pass them up because there is a huge bowl of my favorites down there: peppermint patties and peanut butter cups
11I actually bought a pack of reese cups...but since it isn't halloween candy I said none haha. (Technically it's not....)
12I had a couple Starburst and some Reese Pieces. Yum!
13i had an almond joy and some m & m's both fun size.
14No kids showed up!!! I was so upset, but before I even got upset I had a few kit kats and some mini reeses peanut butter cups! I'm giving the leftovers to the Psych Department, grad students love free food!!

17i don't like candy bars and that sort of stuff. i think it's a waste of calories. give me a chocolate truffle or delicious dessert though & i'm all over it!

21yeah, i was quite a bit naughty, but i tried to watch what i ate the rest of the day. i didn't eat stuff that was really bad, nerds, laffy taffy, and whoppers.

25We had bowls of candy in every office here at work so I had a few pieces over the week. They're still there but I said no more after Halloween.

27I didn't eat any. I miss the carefree days of childhood when you can get eat a bucket full of Halloween candy and not worry about gaining weight!

I didn't eat one piece yesterday! I'm trying to stay focused on my goals, but it's been hard.
31Too many.I took three kids treat or treating so there was lots of candy.

33I had two little packets of gummies, and one mini chocolate bar - one of my profs and a classmate brought candy to class. I may go buy a bag or two of my favourites today though.

38I did fairly well; 3 KitKats, 2 Tootsie Rolls, and a Halloween Peep. I made my husband take all the leftover candy to his work. Go me!
39I took one little Reeses from the bowl at the dry cleaners... Thank God trick-or-treaters can't get into our building. I'll stick with my 1 1/2 ounces of dark chocolate a day. Yum!
40To be honest... we don't get kids trick-or-treating at our apartment (locked front gate) and my workplace is pretty health conscious, so I didn't even SEE any halloween candy yesterday!
(It probably helped that I was slammed at work and barely had time to eat lunch... but still...)
41I snacked on one of my favorite halloween snacks - candy corn and salted peanuts (it sounds weird - but it's yummy)
42I ate so many snacks leading up to H-ween that once it came around, I didn't have anything!

44so many trick or treaters came by my house last night that i almost ran out of candy for myself! i had 2 milky ways
45i babysat so it was impossible to escape the candy.... so i had to indulge just a little
46I only had ONE piece of candy, a mounds bar... but I had about 10 Halloween Oreos! AH!
47I CONFESS! I feel horrible now too, so I'm hoping to get over it soon because I know otherwise I'll beat myself up about it. I normally don't even eat candy, but it's been a hard week and I really felt the need for chocolate.
48I find that buying candy I don't care for helps a lot... but we'll see how that goes once I have to take my little one trick-or-treating and he gets the candies I REALLY like... for now its all good.
49i WAS tempted a little, but I didn't eat any of it.
