We all know that portion control is a key component in losing weight (or maintaining weight) so anything and everything we can do/use to help
easily figure out portion sizes is a great product in my book.
A cool product, the EZ Weight Plate ($19.95), is perfect for figuring out portion sizes. There are eight (four big and four small) molded indentations complete with measuring sizes marked on the plate (think measuring cups/spoons sunken into a plate). I love that the plate has a lid and is microwavable, which means it would be great to use for bringing your own lunches to work.

I'm diggin on this. It sounds really nice for those who need to re-learn what a real portion size is. I think I'll have to put this on my list for Santa to get me!
1I want this - Although I don't think I would bring it to work with me, that might be a bit embarassing, at home only.
2I've seen something similar at Bed, Bath & Beyond.
3Hmmmmm...
4I like it!
Aww, I was disappointed. I thought it was labeled for different food groups, like "meat (or meat substitute), grains or pasta, fats, dairy" and the rest of 'em. Boo. Now THAT would be great!
5oh wow..the things they come up with.
6That's pretty cool
7pretty cool but agree with MandyJoBo
8It's sooo cool and I would SO bring it to work! I don't give a rats a$$ what they think. At least I'm trying to get healthy unlike the people here that complain about their weight and so forth, but they don't exercise and eat really bad EVERYDAY.
9Hi ma9321...
You go girl!!!!
10This looks really cool, except I think it's plastic? (There isn't a description on the product site). Which means you can't microwave it, so not that useful.
11A PORTION PLATE WOULD BE GREAT,ON A STRICT DIET,WOULD HELP
12NOT TO CHEAT.
