You know me; I am always looking for another reason to eat more dark chocolate. From lowering blood pressure to having a load of antioxidants to just tasting so darn good, there is yet another reason to eat chocolate. Hooray!

Research has found that theobromine, an ingredient found in chocolate, has a cough-reducing effect superior to codeine, an ingredient found in many cough syrups. What's more? Chocolate, as we all know by now, soothes and moistens the throat.
As a matter of fact, I think I feel a little cough coming on right now. Looks like I'm going to be forced to eat some dark chocolate — twist my arm already, jeez. I think I will go make some hot cocoa now!

3i use chocolate to make me feel happy, to make me feel leaner which i always saw as weird but when i eat lots of chocolate my waterweight lessens yep. im a true Chocoholic.
good to know!!!
haha im now gonna use this as my excuse! lol
4Great news for all Chocoholics like me!
5I got a great sugar free (or no sugar added) dark chocolate from my international grocer. It's wonderful. This is good to know. I geek for natural cures.
6More proof that chocolate is a wonderful food and should be consumed on a regular basis!
7I can't help but wonder if all the good benefits suddenly being discovered about chocolate are partially justifications made (for instance the antioxidant level isn't particularly high, etc.) because people want an excuse to eat chocolate. But hey, whatever floats your boat. I'm not a huge chocolate fan myself though.
8Finally the proof is here! People have always been freaked out by my claim that when I have a cough and I eat dark chocolate it helps. It's good to know I'm not going mad!
9Now I have another reason to back up my love for chocolate!
10cool! so is it only for dark chocolate or for any types of chocolates?
11mmm just another reason for me to stay addicted to it
