Unfortunately, eating healthy can be a lot harder than it appears.

A tip that I have been using to simplify things is always to eat at least one fruit serving and one vegetable serving at every meal. This way, you'll be loading up on healthy stuff each meal, and you won't feel as hungry for the junk food. Also, with eating two at each meal, you'll exceed your five a day, no problem.

1I also eat my fruits and veggies at every meal. I feel much better when I do this.
2Great tip, this starts today! I'm so glad I bought apples, oranges & grapefruit the last time I want grocery shopping.
3Majority of your plate should be covered in veggies anyways. Fruits are a great natural way to get sugar, if you're having a sweet tooth.

i agree with this!
12I like to kid myself that sugar is a vegetable.. as it is from the sugar cane which is a plant aka vegetable
SO chocolate has sugar and cocoa bean (another veggie in my oppinion) so voila.. health food.
13it is so hard to eat the daily rec. of fruit and veggies. i have been doing this for about 4 months now and it works great. i got this tip from a nutrition book. i have lost weight without doing anything else to my diet and i feel better too.
