It is the time of sniffles! Cold and flu season is upon us. By some accounts as early as August, and others think there really is no such thing since we can catch a virus anytime of the year. Thought it would be good to review some of the cold, hard facts of the common cold.

13/4 I'm good!
2Seriosuly though, they are starting earlier. Last week (so last week of August) I was SO sick. Like I haven't been that sick in about 2 years!
It was horrible. And I am coughing up phlegm and have a stuffy nose, but I couldn't miss anymore work
I'm even on antibiotics right now!
3/4 pretty good.
32/4 not so good...I just got a craving for chicken soup.
4I always, ALWAYS get a spring cold. Those are the worst since everyone is feeling great that it's nicer out, and here I am sick as all get out. I feel a little tickle coming on now, but I hope it peeters out before becoming a full blown thing.
5I want chicken soup...
63/4 not bad i guess.
7so why is it when you're sick flu, cold, anemia, etc,. people are telling you to eat soup esp chicken?
8Wait 'til I tell my dad this one - wet hair does NOT cause colds.
9A whole childhood of nagging gone to waste.

10I know one thing, ever since I started working out in Feb I havent been sick!
