Miss Paris Hilton made news earlier this month with reports of her purchasing a rather nice, new pad she can call home. So what's the big deal you ask? Well apparently Paris intends on converting her brand spanking new fitness room into a giant shoe closet!
To me, this is pretty much the craziest thing I have ever heard as I would love to have a sweet fitness room in my own home. Proving, once again, that Paris and I have very different priorities.
Nonetheless, I am curious which you would rather...

Can I have both
)! If not, definitely the fitness room!
i'm with keaton, i want both! perhaps i would take one big room and cut it in half, to satisfy both of my needs.
shoe closet, only because i love going to the gym
I would definitely take the fitness room. No more waste of time going to and from the gym!
I love shoes! and being that shoes are my first love (after all, I am getting fit so i can buy my dream shoes!!!) I would def do the shoe closet.
Another reason, I find that even if I hve the equipment at home, I don't use it as much as I do at a gym. don't know why, but that is what happens!
i definitely want a fitness room. tell some of my friends to come over and work out together and stay fit. screw the shoes.
Ooooo i don't know. This is a toughie...I can't decide...
I don't think someone like Paris Hilton has to decide between the two. She'll probably have a trainer come in as well as a fitness room in a different part of her 'home.'
definetely fitness room..I will sacrifice putting my shoes under my bed. I would love for my personal trainer to come over my house rather than working out at the gym with a lot of sweaty people (like I do now) lol.
I'd want the shoe closet but if I were rich enough I could have both. I do a lot of my fitness activities outdoors anyway.
Definitely the fitness room...maybe because I don't have enough shoes to fill an entire room right now but if it saves me from having to pay gym dues and go to a gym, I can use that money to fill another room with shoes!
Fitness room for sure! I don't have that many shoes.
If you never work out a day in your life what would you need a gym for?!
that's actually kind of tricky for me because I like leaving the house to exercise (I live walking distance from the gym). I get a lot of motivation from being accountable to the guy at the front counter who knows if I haven't been in a week or so. Plus I like the classes....
shoe closet, because I stop by my gym on the way home from work everyday, honestly not sure I would be as motivated if I weren't paying for my membership.
shoe closet!!... if i have enough money to fill a room with shoes.. i can afford a gym membership!
Shoe closet!
I run outside and I can do my Pilates anywhere in the
house, anyway. I can't just leave my shoes all over though...
Both.
Both!
Fitness room for sure!
It depends...will they both be full already? Like will the fitness room come with equipment? and will the shoe room come full of Stuart Weitzman and Louboutins? size 6?
shoe closet FILLED with TONS of shoes in it.
ugghhh i hate shoes! i'd rather go barefoot
i'd definitely want the fitness room!
She's nuts. I'd kill for a workout room! So unfair.
Both? Please?
Lately I've been day dreaming about a little room with an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, and room to do floor exercises. Ahh, it would be heaven. I love to exercise, but I hate the gym I belong to.
Fitness room, wouldn't have to worry about everyone else's sweat on your machines!!!
of cos fitness room. i am sure there will be another place for shoes.
BOTH!
BOTH!
i'd keep the fitness room and turn the guest room into the shoe closet! the guests could sleep with my fabulous shoe collection (all of this presupposes that i'm on the forbes 400 list, of course)
shoe closet
shoe closet! no doubt.
I actually DO have both at my house. Our bedroom has an annex room off of it that is a giant shoe closet and I converted an extra room on the main floor into an exercise room. So I have the best of both worlds, for sure!
both
both actually. but shoes better!
Fitness Room! I would take the closet if it came with the shoes!
Well I'm not gona lie I LOVE MY SHOES but I wouldn't take a shoe closet over a fitness room. I love to be healthy and in shape.
SHOES!!!!
Shoes don't care what you look like, but always make you look good
wait until she hits thirty, she'll have to work out like mad to stay thin.
I already have a fitness room so I'll take the shoe closet.
Pretty dress.
No competion
Shoe Closet! x
