My mother is in town and she made not one, not two, but three types of pies for Thanksgiving. Being a pie lover, I had to try all three. Not full pieces mind you, but slivers. Each small slice was tasty. What about you?

i grabbed a slice but it wasn't too tasty. big disappointment. I had a few bites but that was it.
1I had one slice after dinner, and just had one for breakfast.
2on holidays that involve feasting (easter, christmas, thanksgiving), i try to go as overboard as possible becuase 1) if i dont then i feel like i am missing out and 2) if go overboard - instead of trying to be good but probably not being good and then just feeling guilty about it - then the next day i feel so horrible that i remember why i like to be healthy all the time!! so, yesterday i ate double my normal daily calories, four times my daily carbohydrates (4 pieces of pie, baby!) felt full, satiated, over-fed, content and most importantly, DONE. today, i feel a bit gross but nothing lost, i'll get right back onto my normal diet that keeps me slim, energetic and healthy!!
3thankfully I don't like pie, and that's all we had for dessert. i actually ate super healthy yesterday (some turkey & a lot of veggies) so i'm proud of myself
4I just do not like pie! I still had dessert though: pumpkin ice cream cake!
52 slices of pumpkin pies, sure, I shared with my son, but hey!
6I didn't eat any pie yesterday because none of the pies were very good-looking. If I'm going to eat some pie, it had better be some AWESOME pie.
7No pie--but two small(ish) squares of Gooey Butter Cake. Worth the calories, qualmed the craving, and now I'm back on track today.
8No pies for me. I was in Berlin
But I had a whole PIZZA pie!
9I had 3 slivers of pie. My boyfriend's mom, as crazy as she may be, is the BEST cook.
10For me, no pie. Pumpkin is for baking and eating with a delicious beef or lamb roast.... Not for mixing with condensed milk and being eating as a dessert.
11I made a lighter pumpkin pie with FF evaporated milk and ejoyed it with a few bites of cheesecake (technically a pie, right?).
12two half slices, one cherry, one pumpkin. soooo good. i wish i wasn't so full so i could've eaten more.
13I do not eat pie... or carbs (except veggies) for that matter.... so instead I made a BOMB concoction: roasted butternut squash with pumpkin pie spice! It rocked 100% and was super sweet with no sugars or anything!
14i had one slice if box pumpkin pie so so horrible
15we didnt have pie so i ate the whole big pack of double stuff oreos and now i feel guilty cuz i ate too much sugar and im preggy huhuhu.....
16ate several thin slices of cheesecake
yum.
17Two slices of homemade pumpkin pie. It was worth every calorie.
18I had a big slice of my mom's pecan pie with tons of whipped cream and picked at some apple pie too... then I tool a qtr of the pecan pie home and ate it the rest of the weekend. It is my absolute favorite, so I don't care how bad it is. Makes me feel good!
