Carrie Underwood boldly shared in Us Weekly that her trouble area is her tummy. She said, "It may take me the rest of my life, but if I'm 80 and I have abs, I'll be happy."

Now it's your turn to share which part of your body you work the hardest to tone up, shrink down, and sculpt. Tell me, what's your trouble area?

obliques and inner thighs... there's a little jello action in those places, haha
1Stomach and thighs definitely. I'm sure that even once I'm at my goal weight, I'll still have trouble areas but I'm really working on the body image thing. I feel better about myself than I ever have, even WITH my trouble areas.
2Everything.
3my thighs and butt. No matter how much I work out, I think I'll always have jiggle and cellulite on the inside of my thighs and bottom of my butt.
4Tummy too.
5ughh my outer thighs. im so small and toned everywhere else, but those damn outer thighs! nothing wrong with my inner thighs, they've got plenty of space between them but the outer ones fill up my jeans and skirts completely.
6i can't complain though, i have a wonderful body and i work hard at keeping it!
I don't like the shape of my thighs, I'm skinny and I'm not even pear-shaped, I'm pretty proportional, but for some reason (and I know this will sound stupid) my thighs touch when I'm standing and my legs are slightly apart.
I also don't like some flab on my triceps, but that is mostly my fault since I don't like working out.
7I feel you yogaforlife. I work out so hard, but that little bit will always be there. I have finally just accepted it:) haha
8midsection! all the weight i gained went there... argh...
9I love my face, my boobs and my arms, tho they could use a wee bit of work. My trouble area are my inner thighs and stomach.
Danizzle, I would kill to have your inner thighs. I wish mine didn't touch.
10Tummy and thighs
11Triceps area...I wish I knew how to get rid of that...I do cardio and strength training...hopefully it will melt away one day...and of course the thigh/hamstring area...I need to say bye to the cellulite (but it has definitely been disappearing the more I keep up with my training).
12My tummy, most definitely. I am toned all over everywhere else, but my tummy could always be flatter. It sucks because it's almost like it doesn't match the rest of my body.
13It seems as though I have the same complaints as most of the people before me, thighs and tummy. Ha, isn't that what it is to be a woman? That's where we carry our weight, it's nature's mean joke.
While I've seen a huge improvement in those areas, I don't mind wearing a
swimming suit, I just wish they were more toned like some of the other parts of my body. But even back in High School when I was a size 1 and wearing very little clothing those were the same
"problem areas" I guess it's just how I will always see myself.
14tummy.
15Tummy, without a doubt. Everything else is pretty responsive to exercise, but I always have my little pot
16Doesn't matter. I love myself, "flaws" and all.
17my stomach -- my thighs and butt are no problem because i used to run so much and am finally getting back into it, and when i run, they snap back to looking great in no time at all, but no matter how hard i try, my stomach just never whittles down the way i wish it would.
18Tummy, tummy, tummy.
19I care more about how well my body works than how cute it looks in a swimsuit, so the concept of "trouble areas" is meaningless to me.
20Everything between my bellybutton and my knees.
21butt, low tummy, love handles, thighs...legs in generally really. I have a body type that distributes fat pretty evenly..the plus is that I look nearly 10pounds thinner than I am, the bad side is that I don't have a "great" body part
22definitely tummy
23tummy and butt. I'm apple shaped. It's frustrating because my legs are sooo skinny, and my upper body and face are small as well. It makes it very hard to find clothes, so I'm working on losing weight there
24Body-wise, I don't really have one, but being almost 30 with acne more than makes for the imbalance.
25does anyone know how to tone the butt?
26Buns and my thighs! >_
27Thighs are my biggest problem esp inner thighs and cant seem to shed the inner thighs. I lose weight from top to bottom meaning thigh being last.
28Hips!! Everything goes there. It really sucks!!
29Outer thighs and the lower half of gluteus maximus. It's tough to target this area. I am also working hard on building arm strength. I have skinny jello arms.
30My love handles/tires/whatever you want to call them. It makes that second bump in my tight dresses right above my hips. I am working hard trying to get rid of it.
31My cheeks
I know this sounds weird but I've got chubby cheeks even though I'm skinny, and I don't like them. Eveywhere else is fine, my butt, thighs, arms, and I even have 6 pack abs. I've always been active my whole life, so I guess my body comes more naturally to me. I've always had people mention it to me but I've always ignored it because I never knew other girls hated their bodies that much til I got older. If I looked at myself more, I'm sure I would hate everything, so I just avoid it (a trick I learned from my mother). If you looked at my face and my face alone you would probably think I was 50 lbs heavier
does anyone know how to get cheeks to be slimmer/ less chubby. I'm 21 years old and my body fat is on the lowest end of the healthy range ( I'm not underweight even though some people may think I am)
32My upper arms! Everywhere else tones up quickly, but my arms stay the same. Not big, but I notice them. Everyone's their own worst critic!
33sadlebags
34The two evil T's: thighs and tummy!
35Bah... everything below my belly button! I look like I was put together from two different people, with the skinny one on top! lol
36I'd have to say my tummy too. It used to be my thighs but since I started working out they've turned out nice. Gotta work on abs though!
37My stomach and upper arms.
38Saddlebags... My thighs are actually on the thin side, but there will always be that spot there... Also, my calves, where I wish I would gain more muscle...
39my stomach. I HATE it.
40To be honest, it's probably not as bad as I think it is, but I was a chubby kid, so I have that mentality about myself still.
I also have some chunkiness around my saddlebag area, just a tiny bit that won't go away, but I really don't mind it that much.
My stomach is mine. it doesnt help that I have a HUGE ribcage, so I will never ever ever have a small waist. It's frustrating.
Same as everyone else, apparently: thighs and stomach!
41Anon23, I heard that for face fat, especially if you workout on the regular, micro lipo is pretty much the only way to go.
Hardest place for me: underneath my butt and my thighs. Sometimes I wish I could replace that with my stomach, b/c my stomach is the first place to tone up.
42Lower abs...can't seem to get rid of this damn pooch no matter how much weight I lose! I'm considering just throwing it to the wind and accepting it one day, but for now I WANT IT GONE.
43hips and butt!
44My stomach is flat but not toned...I wish there was an easier way to fix that. Also, my lower back, around the love handle area...ever since I turned 20 it's been a problem area.
45Definitely my thighs - inner and outer!
46Inner thighs and lower tummy for me.
47A little bit of everywhere - but especially the thighs/hips/butt region!
48My butt! I'm thin but it's still a big bubble that will never go away.
49Tummy/lower abs, obliques, inner thighs.
