Yes, subtly. Sometimes I would bend at the waist to pretend to adjust my shoes, but I'm really trying to stretch my lower back. It feels good.
1I often stretch my neck and back on the train. People do look at me a bit funny, but, who cares.
2I agree with glowing. I will do subtle stretching.
3My calves are usually so tight, especially when I'm out walking/shopping for a couple hours. I stop to look at a shirt in front of the mirror and put my foot against the wall and stretch.
4I am a constant, unashamed stretcher! I love the way it feels, and my boyfriend always tells me how sexy he thinks I look when I stretch. Plus, when I had physical therapy, they were surprised at how flexible I am. (I just don't have muscle strength.)
5I stretch anywhere if I feel the need to. I keep a sheet of stretches hanging in my cubicle at work so that when I feel myself stiffening up, I can get up and do a few stretches that target the usual office stiffness. I sometimes feel wierd if somebody walks by and I'm laying on a blanket with my knees to my chest - butfigure my back is more important than my pride!
6I stretch all the time at work. Especially when I go to the bathroom, I'll do some leg stretches while I have the privacy.
7Standing on an escalator by your tippy toes is a good way to stretch your calves. I also subtley stretch my back on occasion but that's it.
8i'm the same way as genipher85, i will stretch a little in the bathroom at work.
9haha just this weekend I embarrassed my husband at the grocery store by bending over while in line to stretch my back.

11Only the kind of stretches that do no involved my butt in the air.
12I do whenever I feel the need. My back constantly needs stretched, (big boobs) If I don't I get migraines from the stress.
13I stretch all the time, especially if I'm at work and have been standing in the same position for hours. I'll stretch my back/arms and my legs. Hey, it feels great, I'm not ashamed of other people seeing me stretch out.

15I stretch all the time. Who cares if others are looking, I'm more flexible than most of them!
