I try hard to eat healthy most of the time, but when PMS strikes, it's hard for me to stay on track. I end up craving everything sweet and salty like ice cream and mozzarella cheese-covered french fries. What about you? What are your fattening, greasy, creamy, fried, sugar-coated, chocolate-covered PMS cravings?

chocolate of course but also every month on clockwork I have to have taco bell ha-ha. It's a nice balance though, it's a month and I don't want it any other time.
1Chips chips and more chips! I crave the salt and the crunch.
2chocolate and then yes salty crunch, usually pretzels or chips
3chocolate, peanut butter and more chocolate. to get my sweet and salty fix, chocolate covered pretzels.
4chips, crackers, bread — anything salty and crunchy. and chocolate of course, but i crave chocolate everyday!
5chocolate chocolate chocolate. and every bad carb imaginable plus fatty things. i raided the Peanut Butter jar yesterday and ate 1/2 a bag of marshmallows plus chocolate chips. my fiance has never seen me in full craving/mood swing before, was surprised, but sat down and ate with me

17Carbs and chocolate too! I dream of giant bowls of spaghetti with sauce and plenty of parm, followed by a bowl of chocolate ice cream for dessert. Oh, and soda, because of the bubbly caffeine (I get PMS-y headaches sometimes and soda knocks them out pretty fast). However, I rarely actually have the pasta or the ice cream...that stuff seems to immediately transform into belly fat on me.
18Same here -- fried foods and dark chocolate. In some months, I MUST have an apple fritter donut.

I am a chocolate pretzel addict, I also love starbucks mochas around that time because they make me warm, and basically any chocolaty desert, even stuff I don't like other days like chocolaty cheesecake, which doesn't taste right most days of the month.

26Well usually I crave sweets which is normal, but recently this past month I craved meat. I had to go out that second and buy a big steak.

My PMS cravings are really intense too.
28I crave donuts, which is weird because I have no interest in eating one any other time, but during sharp week I'm nuts for them. Also there was this one week where I was craving a Cinnabon all day every day. I even (sad!) had a dream about it.

31Anything chocolate! Brownies, chocolate chip cookies, truffles... and cheesecake, but then again I crave cheesecakes 24/7.

33It's strange because I'm not a smoker but I crave cigerettes every month like clockwork when I have PMS. So far I've been able to not cave in. I think it has something to do with the fact that my dad smoke when I was growing up.
34Usually it's something salty and/or savory. Cool Ranch Doritos are a big favorite of mine and so are those barbecue pork rinds. Oh, and for some reason, I crave those chocolate Quakes (mini rice cakes)...chocolate with a bit of salt. Delicious!!

37Cottage cheese, milkshakes, DAIRY ANYTHING. It makes sense and my body is very good at telling me what it needs; calcium is a big help in fighting PMS symptoms. Oddly enough, I can't have any dairy once the beast arrives -- it causes day-ruining cramps!
38Funcakes I crave dairy too! I always want chocolate cookies with a big glass of milk or a glass of chocolate milk. YUM.

41Little Debby's Fudge Rounds - I'm a snarling b*tch until I get one. My hubby usually surprises me with a box right before my period - he's learned. It's so tasty - I'm drooling thinking about them. Chewy chocolate cookie with a creamy fudge filling - oh yum!
42I'm incredibly typical in that I absolutely crave chocolate. I also tend to want red meat, more, as well. You have NO idea how wonderful a burger sounds right now.
43Major carbs! I am not satisfied until I can have a pot of macaroni & cheese, or a pot of mashed potatoes, or any pasta with alfredo sauce. Yeah, I know. The problem is I need a POT of it, not a bowl of it! And fresh baked bread . . .
