Do you push yourself when working out? When's the last time you've done sprints in your cardio routine?

I love pushing myself.. I try not to though because I'm too much of a perfectionist and I'll end up pushing myself way too far. It'd be good to have a trainer to push me though.
1I would LOVE to have Bob train me! I definitely do not push myself enough as of late. I've been trying to be kinder to myself while working out since I'm trying to stick with a more moderate exercise plan.
2i push myself, but never as hard as a trainer or a buddy would. its hard to push yourself as hard as someone else would push you.
3I am very good at pushing my self when I need to. But know one should bring you to tear while working out.
4Yup, I've cried at the end of workouts but I think it's something inside of me being released. Sometimes I cry when I'm pushing so hard and wondering why I can't do it, so I just push harder until I do.
5I push myself, but I don't push myself as hard as a trainer would. I'd love to have a session with Bob to really motivate me to get a great workout in.
