After reading about Steven Kay, Fit Sugar was curious to see how much you all liked "cubed" soup stock.
OXO diet: Would you try it?

i don't think this is good for you~ neither is any fad diet i think.
1No way...how can this be good for you?
2i voted no because i hate fad diets (Atkins anyone???) but i think that if you needed it to lose a few pounds really quickly (for an event or something) and with the full knowledge that you'd gain it back pretty soon, then it would be okay.
but honestly, just diet and exercise and you'll lose the pounds!
3Fad diets are dangerous and not going to last the long haul. Being healthy is about adopting a healthy lifestyle. Eat right: everything in moderation and portion control, and exercise and you're good.
4eating less and exercising more is the only equation that works when losing weight.

Eek - I was on a buillion diet after I gave birth to my children. They wouldn't let me have real food for 3 days, and I could only have broth, tea, jell-o, and popsicles. I think they thought I had my tonsils out instead of giving birth to a baby! lol It was that way with 2 out of my 3 c-sections.
6My boyfriend had to go through the same thing when he got his appendix out, except no popsicles. Just a bland, clear diet for two days.
7I really think I would die.
8I like food waaaaay too much to go on any fad diet.
The only diet I've had any success with is Weight Watchers, because you don't have to deprive yourself of anything.
9Ewww no, that's so much salt and erm.. let's just say it's not a balanced diet, lol.
