dancing is my #1, but ashtanga yoga and swimming come in a close #2.
1Hoop dancing! I recently started and I love it! It feels so good to learn new tricks and show them off!
If I don't have my hoop, regular dancing would be my second choice lol
2i take spin 3x a week and Yoga 2x and I love them both! i also try to walk to breakfast and lunch spots during the weekend if I can.
3Definitely running! I love it! Mostly outdoor but I do use the treadmill too.
4biking & brisk walking
5Bikram yoga is my favorite form of cardio. On average, my heart rate stays around 146 beats per minute in class... And I burn nearly 700 calories in the 90 minutes. It's total cardio!
6Spinning!
7I love fast walking and biking. I also do yoga too because I walk and bike to school--I like to change things up.
8dancing is my favorite, but biking and roller skating are a close second.

15KickBoxing!!!! kicks my butt like No other!!! Burns SO many calories and I feel tough and strong after! It's awesome!!
16I do a kick boxing dvd called 'kick butt'...its pretty much does just that. I also do jump rope...it has to be fun for me to stick with it. I wish I had a pool, swimming for cardio is awesome.

19Dancing! When I cant get to the gym I'll dance around the house. I'll put some old Richard Simmons and Ty-Bo (sp?) moves in there and it's a blast!
20ooh good questions! I love running, swimming, and yoga, but sometimes I think that I love them all so much is because I alternate what I do so I don't burn out....its hard to pick a favorite.
21I chose swimming, because I just love it! but unfortunately there's not a pool around where I live anymore
So I workout with some yoga or pilates DVDs which are really fun!
22Swimming is my favorite when the outdoor pool is open, moving it indoors diminishes my love for it a bit (I'm allergic to chlorine and the symptoms are exacerbated indoors). When the weather cools down I prefer running, biking or hiking outdoors.
23I love raquetball!

28running (outdoor and elliptical), and biking (must be outdoors, I cannot do it on the bikes at the gym, it just feels awkward)
29I run my booty off every other day to get the baby weight off.
30How can you even compare biking inside and outside? I can spend 3-5 hours on my bike outside with my friends, 1-2 alone outside, and only 10min inside. It's like a torture to be on a bike machine (which usually is very uncomfortable even when you balance it for your personal needs) and go without any direction, stay at the same place... super boring. The same with running. So, to me it is dancing and biking outside. If I have to chose inside activity it's dancing and aerobics.

33CLASSES!! Les Mills classes and Spinning- I love them all!
34If had time to join a team, it would be soccer. But since I don't - running!!

39running and tennis, i can go a very long time without getting tired, unlike other actives i guess my body is just use to it now.
40I voted machines but then I was just like.. oh wait, I love riding my bike too. Swimming is also much more enjoyable than the machines!!

42I'm a runner for sure. I adore anything that promotes being outside.
43Machines @ the gym def. are best because you know when you can end! When you go hiking, you never know when the end is coming!!!
44I LOVE to bike, and I've been doing "The Firm" workout system for years. I also like to run if I have a friend to run with.
