When I dappled in vegetarianism in college, my mom was all over me saying, "How are you going to get enough protein?" Meat isn't the only form of protein out there, so take this quiz to see how much protein you'll find in vegetarian foods.

10 year of vegetarianism and the question I'm most sick of is "but where do you get protein?" Protein is everywhere!
175% pretty good. I love being vegan. I hate the "how do you get your protein" question. If others looked at food labels, they would know you don't need meat or dairy to get enough protein.

3I love that bag with the mushroom on it! I gotta find that one!
4genipher85 - Isn't that bag adorable? You can find it here.
5this is a great quiz for vegetarians/vegans and non-veg alike!! thanks!
6hmmmm so you can get a lot of protein being vegetarian!
7wow I never realized tofu had so much protein in it. Too bad I can't stand the stuff. I think I'll stick to my greek yogurt, nuts & eggs for protein... I never knew frozen peas had more protein than the other 2 options either. Good to know!
8Onlysourcherry, so agreed! Protein is in everything. I get plenty without even making any kind of conscience effort.
9I need to print this out and hand it to every person who asks me, "But how do you get protein as a vegetarian?"
10Whoever designed that bag...are they condoning use of amanita muscaria mushrooms? Are vegetarians regularly eating hallucinogenics?
If you're going ingest a psychoactive mushroom, go with psilocybins!
