There is a scale in the women's locker room at my gym and every time I am there I notice about six or seven women weigh themselves during the minutes in the course of my getting dressed or undressed. After much observing, the procedure seems to go like this: Walk over to scale in nothing but towel. Get scale ready to go. Scale signals it's ready. Drop towel. Sigh loudly. Pick towel (and yourself) up off the floor. Head back to your locker, naked.
I've never been one for scales, nor have I ever been one for bearing it all in the locker room, so this is not for me. In fact, I think if I were going to weigh myself, my bra and panties would suffice -- I mean how much can an undies and bra add to my weight? As always though, I know we all have our own weighs ways of doing this so I am curious how you weigh yourself.

1Naked if I am at home - I am doing weight watchers though, and there I weigh in in my clothes (minus a sweater if i am wearing a tank underneath or something) and I take off my shoes.

Weighing yourself is not a good measurement, because I have weighed the same for almost 2 years now, but have gotten smaller, because I have gained muscle and lost fat and the muscle weighs more.

7I weigh in the buff, but I don't do it often. I try to focus on my body image, muscle tone and the way my clothes fit more so than the numbers on the scale.
8I don't own a scale. At the doctor's office, clothes on.
9i do it in the morning before i get in the shower, but try to limit it to once a week at the most - otherwise i just freak out about it too much

22At home, in my underwear. I'm not that worried about an extra ounce here or there, to be honest with you (although, I do take of my Mr. T jewelry and 40lb arm weights before I weigh).

24I weigh at home~nude. I take off all jewelry, hairthings, etc. I wear nothing at all whatsoever. Just me. I take off band-aids.

29I no longer weigh myself. I get very frustrated. I work out five times a week and am gaining muscle so my weight doesnt change much. A better way to see if I am losing fat is measuring my waist and trying on my skinny jeans.
30I don't weigh myself. I go by how my clothes fit. My goal is to (of course) wear my skinny jeans again!
31I usually weigh my self naked but only if I'm at home. If I'm with others, I take off my shoes and that's about it. At times when I'm alone at home, I weigh myself with only my under garments. Enough information for you? haha.
