There are a lot of ways to workout your lower body and booty. Some work, some don't. But before you go buying crazy contraptions that you've seen on TV, there are tried and true things you can do to really get that lower body toned up, all without making a purchase or taking a leap of faith.
So without further ado, here are my top five ways to work your lower body:
- Squats
- Lunges
- Walking uphill (outside or on inclined treadmill)
- Jogging, running and sprinting
- Stair Climbing

Running does it for me. My legs have never been more toned.

8i love lunges. my legs and butt are so sore from doing the eva longoria wedding workout (which i pinched from fitsugar). i think doing a combination of these moves helps- keep changing between moves to keep the muscles working.
