4/5 - I got the red meat question wrong. I wonder if that percentage is just for beef or if it includes bison (which I've been eating more of lately). Either way, I eat red meat about once a week and should still probably cut down since the BRCA II gene runs in my family.

Ooh - love the shoes. They would look great on my feet while I was walking in the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk at city island. Sadly I don't think they would arrive in time for this year (Oct. 17) but there's always next year and they can bring awareness throughout the year.

I love these shoes! They are so cute and I do love the color pink, most of my workout stuff just so happens to have some pink in it somewhere.
