ahhhh I love fall!!!!!
1I love going for walks in fall weather. It's way more refreshing than working out in the summer.
2Being a part of your community is a good thing, one must be smart still and be aware of one's surroundings, but a crisp jog in semi populated park is often better than sweating in a gym; however I do enjoy the gym for a good workout
