I'm a bear if I don't exercise. I get moody and irritable and cranky. If I've gone too long without working out, my family is the first to know and it's not pretty. Luckily my husband knows the warning signs of exercise withdrawal, and shoos me out the door with sneakers in hand. To keep my sanity, I aim to exercise at least five days a week. What about you?

I'm all over the place; one week I'll work out five or six days, the next only one day. Ideally I'd like to do at least 5 days a week.
1I workout 5 days a week mostly sometimes 6 I need to start doing cardio on the weekends regularly though.
2I try to workout everyday, but that never works out. I usually end up at 3 times a day. I'm still working on it.
3Usually every other day. Works for me!
4I work out at least 5 days a week. I usually take Sunday off unless it is so amazing outside I just HAVE to run...
5Every day is a great plan It means no excuses.
6i shoot for 6 days a week, unless my body tell me to sleep in!
75 days a week, but I don't do the same type of exercise every day because I have such limited time. Usually I aim for 3 days of cardio, 2 days of strength training, stretching every day, and if I have the time to fit it in I try to do a full session of yoga once a week.
8IM training was 6 days a week -- appx 13-15 hours/ week. Now that I'm tapering I'm down to 5 days/ week for the next week and a half --- 5-6 hours this week and 2ish hours next week. And then race day -- I'm guessing maybe 14 hours?
9Same here -- every other day.
10I try and manage something every day, it's the level of effort that changes. Some days I can get in about 2-3 hours, others I'm only getting in an hour; it helps to mix it up too between cardio, strength and flexibility.
I too become quite the raging b*tch if something prevents me from getting a workout in that day. Oh and my coworkers better look out if they schedule a meeting during my lunchtime yoga class - there's a reason I have that blocked out on my outlook!
11When I started working out, I did it only five times a week for 30 minutes. I then upped it to 45 minutes six days a week. Since the spring, it's now an average of 60 minutes seven days a week. My "off" days are for 30-60 yoga sessions at home. Otherwise, it's mostly cardio and strength training.
12Sunday is my official day off, but I like to do something active.
13I'm working out seven days a week right now since I have the time. I'll let myself take a rest day if I just can't fit in the workout, but it makes me feel out of sorts.
14Oh yes, I am also a raging b!tch when I don't get exercise.
15I would like to workout 4-6 times a week, and I'm trying to work up to it but right now I can fit in about 3 consistently. Between being exhausted, running errands, and traveling it is hard. But it's a priority...
16I work out 6 days a week, but on my day off, I still do something active...a long walk with my dog and husband or a short workout. I get very moody if I skip exercise for more than a day, so I never go more than 24 hours without working out.
17Three, usually.
18Although in terms of "working out" at the gym, with weights, usually just once a week at the moment. The other days I walk on the treadmill and do yoga.
196 day a week. Sunday is my chill day, usually I just rest,go for a walk or treat myself a nice massage:)
20five days, sometimes more. i'm a fitness instructor, so i pick up classes to sub occasionally on my days off. i find classes i like to do and that i like to teach, and i make it a habit to go to those fun classes. i WANT to workout because i have a blast doing it (ooh, and i get paid if i teach, yay!).
21I do cardio 6 days a week and weight train or strength train twice a week and that works for meee
22I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 5 days a week but get bored lately. Maybe I should try other
23EVERY DAY FOR 101 MINUTES!!! AND 2 TIMES A WEEK I DO WEIGHTS FOR 50 MINUTES!
243 days a week at the moment, but I want to work that up to four.
25I keep my workouts super efficient and clock them at 45 minutes or less. I workout 5 days doing cardio/strength training and 1 day for Yoga or Pilates. One rest day.
26This is the only way for me to de-stress so I prioritize my workouts.
