Even though some of us are getting ready for school and starting preparations for fall, it is still really hot outside and ice cream is often top choice for an August dessert. Although it is creamy, cool and delish, ice cream is no friend to those watching their waist lines. It can be loaded with calories, fat and sugar. 13I got 3/4. I usually opt 4 frozen yogourt though, it has 60% less fat than ice cream, only 40 calories less...plus it doesnt taste light...I luvs it. But, on special occasions, I have to reach 4 that Cherry Garcia :}
