You just got a big promotion at work and you're out celebrating with friends. After a few rounds of cosmos, you start to lose count, and in the morning, you feel so horrible that you curse yourself and vow never to touch another drop of alcohol again.
Many of us have taken that same ride to hangover land, and because skipping happy hour to prevent it in the first place isn't always an option, take this quiz to learn the truth about drinking and how to ease hangover symptoms.

Havaianas
9/10 and I rarely drink
18/10
this just reminded me how good it is not to be drinking anymore like in high
school. I would never survive that amount of alcohol again.
2But at least I hate it now and don't remember the last time I was drinking.
10/10 yee haw!
3haha love the picture!
49/10 - missed aspirin. I don't drink since it triggers migraines.
5Yogaforlife, Aspirin is ok because it doesn't contain acetaminophen. other pain killers are safer than that particular one because it goes to your liver and can have horrible consequences.
I've found that taking two multivitamins and a huge glass of water before bed can help me, but I also don't drink as much as I used to (aka college)
610/10 and I've never had a drink!
710/10...yup, I'm bragging!
810/10 but I've heard all of these because I'm in college. One of my friends will drink heavily with work the next day, and she will set her alarm every 30 minutes to take a drink of water. It's stupid. She should just drink less! Not that I'm one to talk, I've been known to overindulge during a basketball game or two (or all of them).
98/10 and I rarely drink.
10I'm just here for the puppy
11That's hilarious Zulkey!
129 out of 10!
I know beer before liquor technically won't make you sicker if you're drinking the same amount either way (like, if you have two beers and then two shots of tequila, it's not worse than drinking the tequila first) but if you start with beer and move to hard liquor, you're already drunk and not tasting it as much and you can just drink more liquor faster so you do end up drunker. I think that's where the saying comes from. I
1310/10. I know my hangovers.
148/10, but I've never actually been hungover, so I missed the one about eating the bread and taking the Tylenol. I actually knew that aspirin is what you want to take, not Tylenol, but I didn't think of it.
I knew that the order of drinks doesn't matter, but the amount of impurities in the liquor/wine/beer of choice does. The more impurities, the worse the hangover. That's probably partially why some of my college buddies could drink their body weight in vodka and feel only slightly sick the next day but the same amount of beer would make them super sick.
1510/10 but I still get terrible hangovers whenever I drink now. I would never survive my college days again!
169/10
It's true about not having to get wasted to be hungover. I've been wasted with no hangover, and had one drink and then been hunger as.
1710/10...is it a good thing to be this experienced in being hungover?
18I read that if you skip your morning cup of coffee it can make things worse because you'll be going through caffeine withdrawal on top of the hangover??
199/10 Psh! Everyone knows to have a little hair of the dog that bit you!
2010/10 I've been studying for this quiz for 38 yrs , I'm 46
21Yep, 10 for 10, yahoo. I read a lot and used to drink a bit so they were easy.
229 for10. As an expert drinker I disagree with the one I "missed". "A little hair of the dog that bit you" works wonders. Note I quoted, " A little..." otherwise the amateurs who compiled this list are correct. Cheers!
