Oh, this is exactly what I need! Is it ok to do these first thing when I get up in the morning, or do I need to do some kind of warm up first so that I don't strain a muscle?
I would warm up with some cardio before doing this sequence since these are pretty intense hamstring stretches. Doing them with cold muscles could result in a torn muscle (I speak from
experience).
chloe bella - I don't know about anybody else but I always need to warm my muscles up first - my hamstrings stretch better when warm rather than cold and stiff from when I wake up.
