Western medicine's pills and prescriptions can keep us healthy, but most of the time they just deal with the symptoms. Alternative medicine on the other hand, tries to get to the root of the problem, by working with the body's energy.
Many people have found great success with healing therapies such as Acupuncture and Chiropractics. So I want to know...

I eat a diet consisting of 100% raw foods, and I find that I HAVE no health problems or any need for western medicine. I also meditate.
1I've been visiting a Naturopathic doctor.
2Accupuncture!
3I don't do any of the above for "alternative" medicine. I go get a massage when i need to relax and pamper myself. that is it!
4i have a lot of issues with bad cramps during my period. i tried acupunture to treat Endometriosis (not 100% on the spelling, but thats what i have) and it surprisingly worked really well. they say its because cramping is caused by blood clots in your body, and the acupuncture is what increases circulation. Even once when i had a bad cold, the acupunture really helped get rid of the congestion. if you're skeptical, try it! (but find someone good!)
5Acupuncture!
Been doing it for 8 months now. It totally messed (in a good way) with my dreams when I first started going...
I would have dreams of swimming and playing with dolphins after a session. These types of dreams usually represent your soul going through a spiritual awakening/discovery.
6Chiropractics
7I see a chiropractor, I'd like to do other stuff, too.
8food most importantly since its you're body's fuel so whatever you put in your mouth greatly affects how your body functions. When you have a good diet you keep everything in order and pretty much keep away any form of inflammation.
9I love hot Stone massages!!! mmmm bliss
10None of the above. I try to eat healthy, but I don't consider that 'a special diet'.

12Acupuncture and totally love it.
13Acupuncture and homeopathy.
14Just an FYI: Chiropractic is not plural. Chiropractors and other natural health care providers use applies kinesiology as a form of diagnosis, rather than a form of treatment.
15I use a combination of the options provided above.
16Ive used holistic products and chinese herbs for allergies. Id like to try acupucture but Its really expensive for the amount of treatments my doctor says I'll need. Has anyone tried acupressure/puncture for allergies???
