It's Sarah Jessica Parker! Clearly SJP's been working on toning up those arms because they're looking quite fit these days. Perhaps she did a few extra push-ups before the unveiling of her perfume. Well, whatever it is she's doing, I'm impressed!

Actually, I think her arms on the whole are rather scary looking. Especially if you start by looking at her forearms.
