ooh 3/3...and the last one I got right because that's my usual workout
I actually prefer running on a treadmill to running outside, by far. I know I'm probably the 0.00001% of people who do, but I like to read magazines, and since my treadmill is in the living
room of my apartment, I can adjust either of my two fans right on my face
100% right on. I recently started back at the gym and it's really paying off. Even when I can't make it to the gym I find other ways to get some exercise in. But I agree with mwmsjuly19,
treadmils can get so dull. Walking on the beach or anywhere around town is much more entertaining.

I got 3/3. Not sure why it says I got 33% under "top scorers". That seems to happen to me a lot.
1The first question was too vague. You'll burn 100 calories more in how long?? An hour? Half hour? Per mile?
2who loves the treadmill ??
3Only got the last one correct.
4Agree with runningesq - I only run on treadmill when I have no choice - eg. when it's pouring outside.
2/3...I didn't know such a slight change in the incline would increase calorie burn by so much!
5Exactly, Firefly. Incline burns 100 more calories after how long?
62/3. Fit did say the time for number 1, its 30 minutes.

8I love the treadmill too
9I use the treadmill, but outside running is SO much better. I sometimes feel like I'm going nuts on the treadmill.
