1for the chobani i've found it's best to stick to the 2% plain (5g fat per serving, 6 sugars) and add fresh blueberries.
2Most of the foods shown don't have that much sugar per serving. Except of course the can of coke. I think either choice isn't as bad as other brands of processed foods.
