Oftentimes we look to the less than positive things about working out, which can drag us down. So today, take a moment to reflect on all the things you have to look forward to while working out and losing the extra pounds.

  1. Feeling great mentally and physically.
  2. Comparing new photographs to old photographs.
  3. Stepping on the scale.
  4. Comments such as, "Did you lose weight? You look great!"
  5. Shopping, shopping and more shopping!
