Your muscles are constantly working for you, so feed them well. Recent news indicates that muscle mass, especially in the lower of half of the body, is essential for good health. Muscle mass helps keep blood sugar levels even, thus fighting type 2 diabetes. Plus, muscle requires more energy to simply exist than fat, so more muscle means you burn more calories. The added strength is a bonus too. Here are five foods to put on your plate to help you maximize your muscle power.

These general opinions are VERY superficial. I am a vegetarian (a man's natural diet) and my muscles feed on different foods
Please, have this in mind when publishing similar information.
Thank you,

3The FACT that protein is vital to build muscles is not superficial, even vegetarians know that, that's why soy is a favorite among them....and just because I eat meat doesn't mean that my diet is unnatural...

I am a vegetarian too, and thought this post was fine. There's always dairy, soy, eggs...and my early morning protein shakes.
Good job, Fit! Thanks for the info.
Red meat just doesn't agree with my system. You don't wanna know....
Cottage cheese = YUM!
