There are a lot of ways to workout your lower body and booty. Some work, some don't. But before you go buying crazy contraptions that you've seen on TV, there are tried and true things you can do to really get that lower body toned up, all without making a purchase or taking a leap of faith.

So without further ado, here are my top five ways to work your lower body:

  1. Squats
  2. Lunges
  3. Walking uphill (outside or on inclined treadmill)
  4. Jogging, running and sprinting
  5. Stair Climbing
