this is so crazy.... I got my period this morning, have salmon defrosting for dinner tonight, ate a banana at breakfast, and have spinach in my lunch today. good timing!!!!

4Thank you! I'll be keeping this bookmarked! When I get my period, I get so RAVENOUSLY hungry, it's ridiculous. I don't necessarily crave sweet/salty foods, I just get crazy hungry.
