Post giving birth to her baby girl, Geri Halliwell looks bloody amazing. Maybe she is taking the Spice Girls reunion seriously, or maybe that huge personal trainer of hers is truly whipping her butt (and abs) into shape, but either way, she looks great.
Is that a six pack I see? Looks like her regime of running, yoga and plain old crunches is really paying off.

Well unless she has miraculously overcome her eating disorders of less than five years ago, we are looking at a seriously ill woman.
Nobody should strive to look like that, or idolise this image as something to achieve.

13I don't know i can't imagine getting that muscle def without eating. I am sure that she is very controlled in what she eats but i bet that it's healthy diet. you can tell by looking at her complexion and the way her muscles pop.
